We at Luminow Bilişim Hizmetleri LTD.ŞTİ. ("we", "PDF Move") care about your privacy. This policy explains which data we collect when you use our services and how we process it.

Files you upload

Files you upload to our tools are transferred to our servers over HTTPS and held there temporarily for the sole purpose of carrying out the operation you requested. Files are deleted automatically within 2 hours at the latest after the operation; they are not stored permanently and are not shared with third parties. On our website, the Edit PDF and Sign PDF tools process your file in your browser; with these tools your file is never uploaded to our servers.

Cookies and advertising

Cookies may be used on our site to improve your experience and (in the future) to display advertising. Third-party advertising providers such as Google AdSense may use cookies to show you ads relevant to your interests. For information about Google's use of advertising cookies, you can visit Google's Privacy and Terms page.

Other data collected

When you create an account, basic contact details such as your email address are collected. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Usage statistics

To understand how our website and mobile app are used, we keep anonymous usage statistics on our own servers; we do not use a third-party analytics service. We record the page or screen opened, the tool used and whether the job succeeded, how long it took, the error code, the language, the platform (web, Android or iOS), the device type, browser and operating system, and the domain name of the site that referred you along with any campaign tags. No cookies are used for this. To tell visits apart, an irreversible code that changes every day is generated from your connection details; your IP address is not stored, and your visits on different days cannot be linked together. The names, sizes and contents of the files you upload are never included in these statistics. This data is not shared with third parties and is used only to improve the service.

Mobile app

The PDF Move mobile app (Android and iOS) does not require an account and does not ask for your email or other personal information. The file you choose is uploaded to our servers over HTTPS for processing and deleted automatically within 2 hours at the latest. The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to photograph a document or pick a photo; photo library access is used only to save the processed result. The app contains no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics libraries; usage statistics are anonymous, as described above.
